 जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में हुए चरमपंथी हमले के बाद भारत ने पाकिस्तान के ख़िलाफ़ कुछ सख़्त क़दम उठाए.

इस पर पाकिस्तान ने भी जवाबी कार्रवाई करते हुए कुछ फ़ैसले किए.

इनमें से एक है पाकिस्तान का भारतीय विमान कंपनियों के लिए अपना एयरस्पेस बंद करना.

इसका मतलब ये है कि भारतीय विमान अब पाकिस्तान के ऊपर से उड़कर दूसरे देश नहीं जा पाएंगे.

इस फ़ैसले के मुताबिक़ भारतीय समयानुसार गुरुवार शाम छह बजे के बाद किसी भी भारतीय विमान को पाकिस्तान के हवाई क्षेत्र से गुज़रने की इजाज़त नहीं थी.

इस घोषणा ने गुरुवार को ही भारतीय विमान कंपनियों को हरकत में ला दिया था.

जब विमानों को डायवर्ट कर भारत लाया गया

ज़ाहिर है, जब पाकिस्तान ने ये घोषणा की होगी, उस समय भी भारतीय कंपनियों के कई विमान हवा में रहे होंगे और उनमें से कई पाकिस्तान के ऊपर से गुज़रने वाले भी होंगे. ऐसे में उन विमानों को लेकर क्या किया गया?

भारत की एक विमान कंपनी के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बीबीसी को बताया, "जब पाकिस्तान की तरफ़ से ये एलान हुआ तो सबसे पहले हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी थी कि जो विमान उस समय हवा में थे, उन्हें डायवर्ट कर भारत लाया जाए. इसके बाद आगे की रणनीति पर काम करना था."इससे पहले पाकिस्तान ने भारतीय एयरलाइन कंपनियों के लिए लंबे समय तक हवाई क्षेत्र तब बंद किया था, जब भारत ने बालाकोट में एयरस्ट्राइक का दावा किया था.साल 2019 में 27 फ़रवरी से लेकर 16 जुलाई के बीच भारतीय हवाई जहाज़ों को पाकिस्तानी एयरस्पेस से अलग दूसरे रास्तों से गुज़रना पड़ा था.
